ShareBaby announces the appointment of Nadya Dutchin as its new Executive Director, effective July 5, 2023.

ShareBaby selected Dutchin because of her track record in nonprofit management and her commitment to supporting families. The Board of Directors spearheaded the executive director search and Shani Walter, Chair of the Board, expressed enthusiasm for Dutchin's appointment, "We are excited to have Nadya join the ShareBaby family and confident in her vision to expand the reach of our mission."

Dutchin previously served as the Executive Director of the American Humanist Association in Washington, DC. During her tenure, she spearheaded public education initiatives, fostered strategic partnerships, and enhanced member engagement, resulting in significant growth for the organization, which boasts a membership of more than 37,000 individuals across 240+ chapters. Dutchin has held various executive management positions within the nonprofit sector and currently serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including her current role as Board President for Our Climate.

Dutchin received her bachelor's degree from Florida A&M University and completed a certificate in Financial Success for Nonprofits from Cornell University in 2023.

"I am very much looking forward to stepping into this important role and working alongside the Staff, Board of Directors, and community partners to make a difference in the lives of families in need in our community," says Dutchin, a Baltimore City resident. "I love Baltimore City and in particular, its residents. I wholeheartedly believe that by giving its families a well-resourced start, we make an investment in the futures of our children, families, and Baltimore City itself."
